Mango & Pineapple Smoothie Bowl – Recipe
- 1 big, ripe mango
- half of ripe pineapple
- 1.5 dl milk
- Fistful of granola
- Fistful of cashew nuts
- Fistful of berries
- a spoonful of shraded coconut
Peel and cut mango and pineapple into small pieces and put them in a blender. Add cold milk – it can also be replaced with almonds milk for a sweeter taste – and mix well.
Add the mixture to a bowl and enrich it with a handful of granola or your favorite müsli, add fresh berries, shredded coconut and cashew nuts, which will taste even better if you roast them gently.
