Bruschetta Ham & Cheese – Recipe
- 5 dag ham
- 5 dag of your favourite cheese
- fistful of spinach
Take a white baguette and cut it in half. Cut the ham and cheese into small pieces and put them in both halves. Put on baking paper and bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
In the meantime, prepare a plate to which we put a handful of washed spinach.
The specialty of this breakfast is the poached egg, which is gently cooked at 63 degrees Celsius for 1 hour. Because we believe that the mornings can be demanding, we can take a short cut and cook the egg just below the boiling point (approx. 95 degrees Celsius) for 3-4 minutes. Put everything on a plate, add pepper and salt and enjoy!
